Transfer to the airport for your trip to Urgench, where a vehicle with an Apricot Tours sign will greet you and transport you to Khiva. After leaving your luggage at the hotel, take a tour through Ichan Kala, the walled inner city and open-air museum. Explore Ata-Darvaza, Kunya-Ark, Muhammad Rahim Khan and Muhammad Aminhan Madrasahs, Kalta Minor, Allakulikhan Palace, Tash Hauli with its harem, Caravanserai and Tim Allakulikhan, Seyd Allaudin Mausoleum, Islam-Khoja Madrasah and Minaret, and the Jami Mosque and Minaret. Return to the hotel for rest and an overnight stay.

Breakfast at the hotel before traveling by automobile from Khiva to Bukhara across the enormous Kyzylkum desert. The voyage takes in broad sandy landscapes and views of the Amu Darya region, which recall the old caravan routes that previously connected oasis communities. Upon arrival in Bukhara, transfer to your accommodation and check in. The rest of the day is free to unwind after the long trip and enjoy the atmosphere of this historic Silk Road town. Meet the guide and start your walking tour of Bukhara at the Lyabi Hauz ensemble, which includes Nadir Divanbegi Madrassa, Khanaka, Kukeldash Madrassa, and the Khodja Nasreddin Monument.
