Spend the entire day exploring the Serengeti, a place renowned with untamed beauty and the thrill of the wild.  Its vast plains are home to the Big Five and a plethora of other animals, including cheetahs, hyenas, and beautiful giraffes.  Game drives reveal ever-changing predator-prey situations, such as wildebeest herds grazing and lions inspecting their area.  Bird aficionados can look forward to seeing some of the 500 bird species that live in the Serengeti.  As night sets, have a wonderful bush meal under the starry sky—a perfect tribute to your experience in Africa's finest wilderness.

On this Day

Enjoy a farewell breakfast in the Serengeti before flying back to Arusha.  Upon arrival, go to the Cultural Heritage Centre to see an excellent exhibit of Tanzanian art, crafts, and jewelry.  After lunch, you'll be taken to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your travel home.  As your jet departs for Karachi, Lahore, or Islamabad, you'll take with you memorable memories of Tanzania's landscapes, animals, and kind hospitality, capping off your seven-day African journey.
