All seasons are considered good for sightseeing in the northern areas of Pakistan. Considering the flow of tourists and demand for Hunza Valley tour, we carefully choose our dates for this tour. Why Register Now?
1. Early Bird Discount: The given prices for the holiday are limited-time discount offers and are subject to change. Service providers including (but not limited) to airlines and hotels increase prices in peak-season. Early reservations cost less than peak-season.
2: Limited Space in Peak Months: The peak months in the peak season attract the highest number of international guests and are therefore sold out earlier. Due to our revised Covid-19 guidelines, we have restricted our group size to a maximum of 12 travelers. We are taking registrations on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
3. Pay Balance after arrival in Pakistan: In these unusual times, we appreciate that paying the final balance for your trip may cause concern. Our policy is to only receive your final balance once you arrive in Pakistan. The only payment before arrival is the deposit.
4. Deposit valid for 3 years: We understand the uncertainty surrounding the pandemic (Covid-19). As part of our relaxed booking conditions following Covid-19, deposits are valid for 3 years.
5. Pay Minimum Deposit: The deposits for the holiday are also early-bird discounts and automatically change accordingly:

Deposit (Advance) for Pakistani nationals
The deposit for Pakistani nationals is PKR 40,000 or 30% of the total price, whichever is greater. The deposit is non-refundable but valid for 3 years according to our relaxed booking conditions following Covid-19.
Refund Policy for All
Deposit: Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable (but valid for 3 years) as it will be spent on making in-country arrangements. In the case of visa rejection, a refund/partial-refund (if costs incurred) will be considered. In such cases, a valid proof of visa rejection must be submitted to our office within 72 hours of rejection. For Pakistan nationals, the deposit is non-refundable (but valid for 3 years) in all cases.
Balance: Pay the balance only after arrival in Pakistan on the first day. Payment guidelines will be shared timely.
Currency
All international travelers can pay in US Dollars (USD) or equivalent in Euros (EUR) or Pound Sterling (GBP). Pakistani travelers are charged the equivalent in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Single Supplement
Separate accommodation (single supplement) will cost an additional USD 331. This includes all nights. This payment should be made with the balance upon arrival in Pakistan.

Day 01 (for Pakistani tourists)

On this day the participants will start their journey towards Besham. They will pass through towns of Haripur, Abbottabad and Mansehra. As Babusar top is closed in Winters due to heavy snowfall, our participants will continue their journey on KKH.
The landscape of Besham is distinct in its nature. Civilization can be seen on the mountains top.
Night will be spent Besham.
Note: Domestic participants must join the group at Apricot Tours office F-11 Markaz, Islamabad in the morning. Time will be communicated later.

On this day the participants will continue their journey towards the Land of Legends (Hunza). The participants will continue from Besham, they will pass through the villages of Sazin, Dassu and Kumaila to reach Chillas and continue the journey towards Hunza.
A quick stop will be taken at Nanga Parbat View Point at Jaglot and tea stop at Rakaposhi View Point in Ghulmet, Nagar. The participants will stay in Hunza on this night.

Day 04 (for Pakistani tourists)

On this day the participants will see themselves in the cradle of high rising snowcapped mountains. The participants will visit Baltit Fort which is 700 years old and stands tall on the face of earth, telling the story of early settlement and Kingdom of Hunza. After a presentation in Baltit Fort, the participants will visit Altit Fort which is 900 year old and one of the oldest forts in the region.
The guests will visit Altit Fort and then will have a short stay at Royal Gardens to calm their souls in the serenity of the beautiful valley. Our guide will take the participants to ancient town center and give a detour of Altit Village. Participants will drive to Duiker Village which is the highest point of Hunza-Nagar Valleys. The participants will experience the amazing sun set from the highest point where they will have a bird eye view of the valley. The golden lights on the high snow-capped mountains will be no lesser than any marvel in this whole wide world.

Day 04 (for Pakistani tourists)

On this day the participants will visit Khunjerab Pass (subject to weather conditions) which is also the border between Pakistan and China. It’s the world’s highest paved road border. The guest will pass through the 1000 year old ancient Ganish Village which also the earliest civilization of the region and then the Haldeikish Rock Carving. The ancient scriptures imprinted by the travellers of ancient Silk Route. We will stop at Attabad Lake where the travelers can experience boating on one of finest fresh water lakes. The participants will pass through the newly build Pak-China Friendship Tunnels.
The engineering of these tunnels is not less than any wonder. The participants will pass through the villages of Gulmit, Hussaini and Passu. They will have views of Passu Cathedral/Cones, Passu Peak and Shisper Peak. Passu and Batura Glacier will also be viewed from the road. The participants will enter Khunjerab National Park in Deh.
The national park is habitat to many wild life but marmots will be seen the most throughout. You will also spot Himalayan ibex in the vicinity of the national park which will most like be covered with snow in December and January. The participants will meet tourist and Chinese Soldiers from the other side of the border. Participants can explore, take photographs at the border. On the way back a stop will be taken on Sost. Participants can do some shopping. The participants will spend their night in Passu village.

On this day the participants will start their journey towards the snow covered valley of Naltar. Naltar has Pakistan’s longest and famous ski slope. The participants will transfer to jeeps from Nomal Village. It’s an off road drive which is a bit adventurous.
Upon arrival at Naltar the participants will be taken to famous Naltar Lakes where they will get stunned by the beautiful Lakes. They will have free time to explore Naltar. In the evening the participants will continue journey towards Nomal Village and then to Gilgit City for the night stay.

On this day the participants will arrive in Islamabad. All the domestic group members will be dropped at Apricot Tours Office while the foreign group members will be dropped at their respective hotels.

| Apricot Tours will plant five trees for every foreign tourist who visits Pakistan for a tour to Hunza Valley. The trees will be planted in the northern areas of Pakistan starting from 2019 as part of our CSR initiative. We aim to contribute to "Goal 13: Climate Action" of UN's Sustainable Development Goals by taking part in the massive government campaign to plant 10 billion trees during the next five years to tackle climate change. Pakistan's adverse climate impacts are very much visible through changing temperatures, prolonged droughts, increased floods and extreme weather conditions especially in Pakistan's mountain regions. Pakistan stands 7th on the list of countries that are mostly likely to be affected by global warming and has one of the highest deforestation rates in Asia. Decades of tree felling have reduced the country's forests to less than 3 percent of its total land area. How planting trees will make a difference? Planting trees will help save energy and money, cool our cities, reduce carbon emissions, reduce soil erosion, provide habitat for species of many kinds, provide clean water and add to the beauty of Pakistan's mountain region by simply being there. Overview – Hunza Valley Winter Tour
Hunza valley winter tour is a tour of the Hunza Valley in Winter Season. Hunza Valley Winter Tour season starts from the month of November till the end of February. Hunza Valley is a beautiful valley located in mountainous northern areas of Pakistan. Hunza valley is about 100 km away from Gilgit International Airport and t takes about 90 minutes to reach Karimabad, the main town of Hunza Valley.
The valley gets colder and it snows in the valley during these months. One can experience the snowy mountains in this season. In hunza valley winter tour season, babusar top and naran road remains snowcapped and are blocked for traffic. So the route which is open by road is Islamabad, Abottabad, Besham, Dassu, Chilas, Gilgit and Hunza. The long and tiring route is discouraging for many local tourists but this is the only by road option to reach Hunza. Many tourists make overnight stays at Besham and Chilas. The roads are bumpy and you will get your share of bumps and grumps. From Raikot bride to Hunza Valley, you will feel like you are driving on a highway as road conditions gets better.
While on the route of Hunza Valley winter tour, do make sure that you stop at Rakaposhi viewpoint in Nagar Valley. You will get a mesmerizing view of the Rakaposhi Mountain and its marvels. You will feel the weather changing and getting cold, the fresh breeze from the rakaposhi viewpoint will give you goose bumps. You will get the tastiest “chapshuro” (meat buns) at the rakaposhi view point. If you are lucky you might be able to experience the snow snowing and kids playing in the snow.
