Day 04: Trek to Base Camp
On this Day
Your walk begins with a slow ascent through narrow valleys and along glacial streams, providing breathtaking views of the harsh environment. The trail runs through tiny fields where local shepherds graze their sheep in the summer. You'll see the transition from agricultural land to untamed mountain scenery. The walk is modest, allowing your body to adjust to the increased altitude. By late afternoon, you arrive at the base camp, where tents have been set up for an overnight stay.
Day 05: Trek to High Camp
On this Day
As you approach the high camp, the walk becomes more difficult. The terrain becomes higher and more rugged, with occasional areas of snow depending on the season. The scenery becomes more stunning, with towering peaks and glaciers around you. Breaks are taken frequently to keep the pace consistent and to allow for acclimatization.
