Hispar Village Tour (Nagar Valley) – Day Trip
Depart from Karimabad and follow the Karakoram Highway to Nagar Valley. Continue on the picturesque Hunza-Nagar corridor to Nagar Khas, passing terraced fields, orchards, and traditional mountain towns. From Nagar Khas, use the narrow valley route for about 34 kilometers to Hispar Village. The journey takes approximately 90 minutes and is accessible by car or jeep.
Upon arrival, tour Hispar Village, which features traditional buildings, farmed terraces, glacier-fed streams, and tranquil rural environs. Enjoy views of the Hispar Glacier and the rocky peaks of the Hispar Muztagh Range. Hispar is the valley’s penultimate village and serves as the western entry to the Biafo-Hispar and Snow Lake trekking routes. After a village walk, photography, and a picnic lunch, return to Nagar Khas and follow the same gorgeous road back to Karimabad.
