Depart from Karimabad and descend to Ganish before crossing the bridge into Nagar Valley. Continue through terraced fields, apricot orchards, and ancient villages to Nagar Khas. From there, take the winding mountain road to Hopar Village, which is flanked by towering peaks and glacier-carved scenery. After arriving, proceed to the authorized parking area and walk a short distance to the Hopar Glacier viewpoint. Before returning to the settlement, take in close-up views of the dark ice, rough moraine, and neighboring mountains.
After exploring Hopar, return to the Karakoram Highway and head south to Ghulmet. Stop at the famed Rakaposhi View Point, where the mountain rises dramatically above the valley bottom.
