After breakfast, meet your guide in the lobby and continue your journey through the Fergana Valley. Learn how Fergana, built in 1876 as New Margilan and renamed Fergona in 1924, became the valley's principal metropolis. Visit the Ahmad Al-Fargoni Complex and the Fergana Regional Museum. Continue to Margilan, with a possible stop at the Kumpeta bazaar on Thursday or Sunday. In Margilan, visit the Said-Ahmad Hodji Madrassah, where craftsmen make silk carpets, and then tour the Yodgorlik silk factory to see ikat weaving. Transfer to the railway station to take the train to Tashkent, where you will meet the driver and guide with a "Apricot Tours" tablet and be transferred to your accommodation.
