Day 01: Full-Day Excursion to Chutroon Valley
Drive from Skardu to Shigar Valley, passing through harsh Karakoram scenery and traditional communities on the way to Tissar. Proceed from Tissar to Chutroon Valley, locally called Chutrun, and explore its renowned natural thermal springs. Explore the surrounding mountain panorama, village setting, and hot spring area, with optional bathing stops as needed. After visiting the valley, retrace the gorgeous path through Shigar before returning to Skardu, capping off a rewarding full-day adventure into one of Baltistan’s lesser-known remote mountain valleys.
