Day 01: Full-Day Excursion to Burgay Broq
Depart Skardu and head to Niyanour, where the Burgay Nala track begins. Continue walking up the valley, following the river that serves surrounding settlements and farms. The trail progressively ascends over rocky hills and open mountain views until it reaches Burgay Broq, a traditional highland pasture east of Skardu. Explore the meadow, take in the views of the surrounding mountains, and soak up the tranquil pastoral landscape. After finishing the tour, retrace the trek through Burgay Nala and return to Skardu.
