Overview – Gultari Valley Tour
The Gultari Valley Tour provides an extraordinary excursion into one of Gilgit-Baltistan’s most inaccessible mountain ranges. Gultari is located in Skardu District, high among stunning Himalayan vistas and traditional communities. Furthermore, the valley is known as Shingo Shigar and has various attractive sub-valleys. Throughout the voyage, travelers will encounter difficult roads, alpine beauty, tranquil villages, and breathtaking river views. Furthermore, the distant location provides visitors with a unique opportunity to observe local culture and regular mountain life. As a result, this excursion is ideal for those looking for adventure outside of Skardu’s more well-known sites.
Beginning in Skardu, the Gultari Valley Tour combines gorgeous driving with an engaging high-altitude travel experience. The route’s shifting surroundings reveal large valleys, rocky mountains, verdant farmland, and isolated communities. Visitors can also enjoy photography, short excursions, village discovery, and panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. Gultari’s placement near the southeastern approaches to Deosai lends geographic interest to the trek. However, access remains challenging; therefore, a proper vehicle is required for the journey. Overall, the Gultari Valley Tour offers adventure, culture, and natural beauty in a quieter area of Baltistan.
