Day 01: Karimabad – Passu – Khuramabad – Zarabad – Hussaini – Karimabad
Travel from Karimabad to Passu via the Karakoram Highway, passing through Attabad Lake, Gulmit, and the magnificent Upper Hunza countryside. Begin the trip in Passu and descend to the Hunza River’s Passu Suspension Bridge. Cross the bridge and proceed through Khuramabad’s tranquil agricultural area, following the trail to Zarabad beneath breathtaking mountain vistas. The journey provides diverse views of the Passu Cones, river gorges, farmed terraces, and distant communities. Reach Zarabad and cross the famous Hussaini Suspension Bridge back toward Hussaini village. Rejoin the van along the highway and proceed via Upper Hunza to Karimabad, capping off an exciting two-bridge trekking journey.
